WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET
I have been trying to get my none working camera's resolved for 6 months. No one will respond to my calls or if they do they say they will call me back and never do. They continue to take monthly payment but aren't providing me with service they agreed to. On top of the camera's not working they did damage putting camera's up and won't solve this issue either. Do not use this company.

"Stay away from Fluent Home!!!"

If I could rate Fluent Home negative 1 million I would!! Do not ever sign into a contract with fluent!! They are crooks and the company motto seems to be lie as much as possible to make sales. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, never in my life have I had such terrible customer service from any kind of service provider. Their customer service staff that answer the phones have no idea what they are talking about most of the time and if they do they have no authority to make decisions... the only answer you ever get from them is that another department handles that and they are all busy at the moment so will call you back. Surprise surprise they never call back, even the managers don’t call back... it’s like your request, question, etc. go into a black hole there and they could care less because they have already trapped you into a contract via their lies so your business no longer matters... they are going to make money off of you monthly or via paying your contract out so now you and your business don’t matter at all! Seriously just please stay as far away from fluent home as you can, unless you like to waste a lot of money and time!

"SPAMMERS, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF"

Started receiving spam email from this company. I contacted them and asked to be removed from their mail list.

They replied and have blatantly ignored my requests. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff.

"Stay far far far away from this…"

Stay far far far away from this company,the equipment is faultly,and to get it replaced and expecting us( the customer)to pay to for replacement and shipping,I was without a smoke detector for seven days because the were to cheap to send a technician out, finally get the new one,it is bad as well,I mailed a hand written note (as requested by fluent)for cancellation after Thank God my 3yr contract was up,and to find 5 days early my service had been cancelled,I call to get it restored till cancellation date,well wouldn't you know,all of a sudden the system I have was to old to reactivate,inwhich was only 3yrs old might I add,they are not truthfully and can NOT be trusted,all this is due to one sales tech(Chris)who like an immature child could not take no for answer of me continuing service with his employer,now they have been paid for the month and I'm without an alarm till the new company's installation date,if you are inquiring about FLUENT,STAY AWAY!!!!!!!YOU CAN FIND BETTER

"The salesperson was incredibly…"

The salesperson was incredibly intrusive and insistent and actually showed up with a tech despite me not wanting the system. I was promised all kinds of things and a low rate and a short term etc. and ending up having double the term and the rate. I am moving and went to cancel and was told I could have the option to pay to move the system with me and continue the contract- that I don't want- or I could pay 80% of my last 11 months. I don't want or need the service and can't have it at a rental property. I was a good customer for over 3 years and never missed a payment. I finally got a "supervisor" and she reduced my payment down a little less than $100 but I will NEVER use them again or recommend them due to inflexibility. When I do buy my next house I will go with ADT or Ring!

"FLUENT tricks you into 5-year contract"

This company tricks people into 5-year contracts with their "Welcome SURVEY" call which is actually some fast talking contract agreement that states "60 months" instead of 5 years because people would notice 5 years... especially after being told 2-3 years by the salesperson at the door.

Then when you try and cancel they tell you it's 5 years and most users are surprised. They threaten to ruin your credit if you try and bail. Essentially holding you financially ransom because of an underhanded phone scam.

They also tell you that you have a cancellation period which when you call (even if the next day) you are told you can not cancel because "Service was done" *Meaning sticky taped sensors were put on your door.

This company and its owner Graham Wood has been sued by both Pinnacle and ADT. For sketchy, underhanded, practices and lies.

DO NOT EVEN LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!

"I originally signed with Fluent while…"

I originally signed with Fluent while living in Indiana. this is the worst service ever. If you are considering home security provider DO NOT get Fluent. As soon as I can cancel this contract I will. my husband and I moved and they simply will not provide parts, service or any other issue I need resolved. right at this moment I am hold with fluent to resolve why I have paid for a part twice and still after 6 months not received the part. completely unacceptable.

"Sales person was very friendly and …"

Sales person was very friendly and installation was pain free. I was moving away from Vivint who had so many hidden fees and charges. I paid $1500 for installation and with Fluent it was completely free. The app is great and the autolocks on my door make me feel like I'm still tech savy in my old age ;)
