"If I could give ZERO I would"

If I could give ZERO I would. They have faulty Equipment and TERRIBLE in Service Techs. When My Daughter moved they could not get the system running and told her to find a someone to do it for her.
They continued to charge her throughout the length of the contract even though the system could not be used. They told her that because she didn't take reasonable steps to have it installed they would continue to to charge her. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. When she stopped paying they recently started with Threatening text messages about going to collections.
Stay as far away from this company as possible.

"Good people with bad company"

Due to the misleading information from previous biz owner, fluent alarm system was transferred onto my name. When the business building rental lease didn’t go through, I contact fluent to cancel my service. Fluent wouldn’t cancel my service and insist on paying throughout the term of contract even when I don’t have a business to run. Its personnel is not consider my circumstance and will not help resolve my issue. It has dragged more than a year now. It only care to keep its contract in force to keep making money from me even when I no longer in need of its service. It is such a shame to have such bad company in the most civilized nation in the world. People be very cautious and do not do business with fluent. Fluent will not be the answer to anyone’s problem, but it will create more problems and give you more pain later on. Please be aware of this bad company.

"Called the police to my house twice unnecessarily"

Said it was a one time cost (it was not, they charged me $62 a month), and one day they called me while I was over an hour away from my house, going on holiday, saying I had to go home and turn it off.

I obviously didn’t, and later a friend let’s me know the police were at my house. A few hours later, I find out from a different friend that the police are back at my house, with the sirens blaring and the lights flashing, causing a scene. I am still on vacation, and there is nothing I can do. When I get back from vacation, I stop at the police station and let them know that Fluent had wasted their time, and they let me know this is a common occurrence. I finally get home, and the alarm is still going off, two days later.

When I called them to get these monthly charges canceled, as it wasn’t working at all anymore, a woman on the phone told me they would cancel it until it starts working again, and then the next month I was charged again. Two months later I called again, and the man on the phone implied I was a liar.

I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy. A waste of mine and the police’s time. I had to go to the doctor for stress medication after this all. If they email me again, I will call the senior abuse line.
