I ordered 8 12oz Grass Fed Grass Finished (Non GMO) New York Strip steaks from Piedmontese and received them within 3 days!

My mouth was watering as soon as I received the well packaged/insulated box and promptly loaded them in my freezer with the exception of one that i was planning on preparing for dinner that evening.

After 4 hours of thawing (in my fridge) and another hour of final thawing at room temperature ... i fired up my Gas stove and placed my "Lodge" Cast Iron Skillet to warm up to 450 degrees

I placed my Piedmontese NY Strip (pre-seasoned with Montreal Steak Spice) beauty on my hot/sizzling "Lodge" Cast Iron Skillet for 3 and 1/2 minutes on each side .

I had a perfectly cooked (medium rare) steak to devour.

It did not disappoint ... loved it and will definitely buy more soon ....
