The quality of the filet mignon dropped with my last shipment. The butchering is sloppy, some pieces seem like they were just torn off and there's alot more fat than there used to be. I hope this is s one time thing, or I'm fine buying.

Very flavorful and tender. We've tried grass fed/grass finished from Allen Brothers, Joyce Farms, and Whole Foods. This is the best by far!

Piedmontese is the only place I buy beef anymore. They are one of the few who offer very lean meat which is important to me. My only small complaint would be that this time when I ordered, it asked me to pick a delivery date, but my order wasn't delivered until the day after the date I picked, which could have been a problem because no one was home to receive it that day. Thankfully everything was fine, and all of my order was still frozen solid, so it wasn't an issue, but I just found it a bit frustrating. I would like to note though that I did not have this problem the last time I ordered.
