The whole process was very smooth and delivery was quick, and I was kept informed.

"Return not as easy as promised…"

I used DPD parcel post to return my order as this is the option for return.I printed the label ond I went to the centra shop to drop off my parcel. They told me there was a charge of one euro to return through centra. Nowhere on tbe website does it mention this. This was embarrassing as I did not have my wallet on me as I thought the label was prepaid. A very kind person in the line actually paid the euro for me. If this is a correct charge it needs to be mentioned when booking your return online as I live 30 km from the nearest DPD drop-off point and it wasn't as easy going home and driving back again.
Otherwise delivery was quick. Only returning
as shoes did not suit
