I had some issues accessing my pre bought bundle. I sent an email and this was dealt with so quickly. The pictures are brilliant and the company are brilliant with communication. I didn’t have as many pictures as I thought on the initial download and they responded back with a link to more pictures. Thank you so much!

Wasted all evening after the event trying to download my images without any success. I pre-ordered a pack and this confirmed. I also received a notification that the photos were live with a code to download. This just did not work! I was left bewildered with how difficult the process was. At least for me! On a positive note the support service did sent me a link to download the images which worked. Why all the hassle though. As for the images, half of mine didn't have me on the shot and the ones that did were just two bunches of pics taken in the same location so not very spaced out around the course. I'm hope they send me the certificated versions of the pics too as I can't access them but who knows!

Update:
I feel it only fair to offer further insight into my experience having had a few days pass. The customer service has been very helpful and claimed that there was an error with the pre-order codes they sent out. They have sent me all the photos I asked for and been very efficient in their communication since. I have therefore added a few more stars to my review to reflect the customer service and support received..

I pre-ordered photos for the CRUK London winter run in Feb 2022. Unfortunately I couldn’t run due to an injury. I got a response to my email requesting a refund within an hour confirming that the refund had been made.

Waited 6 weeks to receive 2 pictures I had ordered. For the price paid not happy with the quality of paper they are printed on. I wanted a memory of my sons 1st marathon but disappointed after waiting so long for them to arrive.

"Do not pay for a hard copy"

Ok, photos were pretty good but they took a week to send a link to the download after I chased twice. Then I had to chase for a hard copy - but when it finally arrived (4 weeks after ordering) it was printed on thin paper in poor quality. My crappy home printer does a better job so that was very disappointing
