Given them another go and facing exactly the same as last year. I should not be the one chasing renewals and better quotes. This is Towergate’s job but here I am again having to email and chase them to do their job. My advice - if you want service don’t use them

Absolutely no help at all given. I have negotiated my insurance myself every year. But they claim they do it. My renewals adviser was extremely rude and spoke over me all the time I was on the phone. I have received two letters stating she had negotiated my renewal, utter nonsense. I have cancelled all ties with them. I would have liked not to give them a star at all.

I have had a policy up for renewal and the team member assigned to me does not promptly reply to my emails or follow up on messages I have left on the phone. I am constantly having to chase them up for answers. This is really frustrating especially when a policy renewal date has passed and you are coming up to the 14day cut-off period. I do not recommend them as a health insurance broker, as they will cause you more frustation than being helpful.
In reply to Anthony: Thanks for your prompt response. This is for a policy for a family memeber, which I am managing, that renewed 31/12/20 and now I am relying on the 14day cut-off period. Hence my continued frustration with the lack of service.

I wouldn't actually give them 1 star. I have asked for them to be removed from my health insurance as brokers as they did less than nothing for me and I had to do it all myself successfully I might add. Absolutely appalling

Keep receiving emails about renewing my Indemnity , I have called the number on the email because my responses are not being answered. The number is nothing to do with my indemnity. Getting fed up trying now so going to shop elsewhere. Rubbish customer service 😡

I must have dealt with a different organisation reading the other reviews. They were not efficient, I had to chase them for the renewal, often monthly for the invoice and it wasn't until another broker started getting alternative quotes that they jumped into life.
