"Ordered 2 racking systems"

Ordered 2 racking systems. Delivery driver left packages outside at front of building and made no contact prior to delivery.
One of the packages was broken and items that had fallen out of packaging placed on floor.
When erecting one of the racks we found one of the legs a different style so horizontal beams wouldn’t fit. Also because packaging was broken one of the beam cross pieces was missing too.
SO. In all a poor performance all round. Cheers Tufferman. 👎
