I ordered two bays of shelving but wasn't prepared for all the metal work (a lot) to be bundled in one giant package. Very heavy for a 68 year old to shift it all one storey to my flat.
Easy to put together but very noisy.
A couple of the front to back and side struts had slight bends at the ends which makes the very difficult to put together so you have to make sure all the metal ends are straight.
The top came off the rubber mallet on the very first strike so it prolonged the job trying to hold the rubber end onto the wood.

Love the finished product. It's only shelving but it does look good.
I would recommend this product.

Product was unstable. Ended up having to only use as a split shelf and haven't even opened the second one.

I ordered 3 sets of heavy duty shelving but 2 came broken so maybe you could look at your packaging

Shelves delivered on time and as expected.......however one of the packages was missing a few items. The company reacted very quickly however the delivery company would not deliver on a saturday so a further few days were wasted waiting until I could complete the build. That said, the shelves are excellent for my workshop!

From ordering and delivering the communication was excellent though out. But returns are different to manage via link sent as couriers won't accept more than 15kg. Apart from UPS! Unfortunately the product is not for me! Returned by friend cab and taken evidence dropped off still waiting refund back into the account.

Customer service were very good and helped me with the extra information I needed for shipping abroad. The price represents value for money and the finished product is quite sturdy. My only small complaint is that it was very fiddly to install. It took me 3 hours to install a 3 bay 300mm x 900mm x 1600mm VRS unit. There are 4 metal tabs on the corner of each shelf so that's 240 tabs on a 3 bay 5 shelf installation. I estimate that around two thirds to three quarters of the tabs bent, needed some adjustment or had to be hammered in. Also the packaging was damaged and one of the cross members was badly bent. I was able to hammer it back into shape but sturdier packaging would be good for such a heavy item. If it weren't for the poor packaging and fiddly installation it would definitely be a 5 star review.

Delivery on time, and good value for sturdy shelving. 2nd time of ordering would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10 from me.

Tried to order some shelving on line on my PC but the website wouldn't let me add it to my basket. The tab only asked me "View Options" but no options were there to view. STRANGE!!!

I then tried the same order on my tablet and managed to get the stuff into my basket, only to find they wanted £80 for deliver which was over a third of the value of the order. Apparently Aberdeenshire is not on the UK mainland lol. No surprise I suppose they charge an arm and a leg to deliver anything north of the Glasgow-Edinburgh divide.

I can click and collect shelving of a similar spec and price from other distributors at no delivery cost. That's the route I'm now going with.

Very, very disappointed.
