items were sent damaged but replaced. and i found the items a pain to insert the cross beams correctly that supported the shelves. i bought some work benches from a higher grade range which are much better.

Really impressed with the customer service at Tufferman. I needed help with selecting the correct products to fit the space and they were really helpful with that. I then had to contact them again after ordering as part of the order got damaged in transit. They dealt with it quickly and sympathetically and most of the replacement bits arrived pretty much next working day. 1 element was missing so I had to contact them again and they were straight onto investigating my query - turns out the courier had it but failed to deliver with the first part. All in all excellent to deal with, and the shelving I bought from them is also excellent, easy to assemble, looks good and has transformed my garage!
