"Poor delivery."

Shelves seem fine but delivery wasn't. Had a message through with the delivery day which wasn't convenient. There was no way to change it, message had said that the driver would leave a note to rearrange delivery but didn't, just dumped the shelves. Anybody could have taken them and they weren't even at our house.

Easy to order. I have purchased 2 units for my son in law for Christmas so I don’t know how good they are yet but ordering and delivery were easy and quick. I think I would prefer vat to be included in the price not added on and the delivery to our area was quite expensive but I guess they are vey heavy!

Good website, easy to view range of shelving on offer and ordering was a straight forward process.
Delivery was fast and goods arrived well-packaged and all components present and undamaged.
Shelving fairly easy to assemble once you get used to the way it goes.
However, the enclosed instructions were in a very small font and printed "black on grey" - a definite Printer's NO-NO! My eyesight isn't that bad but I had to scan and reprint & enlarge the instructions before I could clearly see what they said. Perhaps this is something that could do with a re-think?
Apart from that, the product is well worth the cost.

Delivered on time and guy was really helpful and put in the garage for my wife as it was a heavy package. Great product and was easy to assemble

Once erected they don’t seem too bad but the flimsiness of the frames is worrying and difficult to put up without help because until steady it flops around like a drunk at a Christmas party
