The shelves were delivered promptly after order; in real-life looked like they did in the website pictures; were easy to assemble with good clear instructions. The weight supporting bars are a good feature. The price was comparable to something I bought a few years ago from another supplier, but that was not as good, it lacked the weight bars, so the shelves of that sank

Easy to use website with excellent product description and on standard delivery the goods arrived in first class condition the next day. I was able to solve my storage problem within 48 hours and will definitely use Tufferman again

Ordered over a week in advance and paid extra. On delivery day no sign and then chased at the end of the day to find out its not coming and told it was labelled wrong.

A good product, pity about their delivery company who were beyond useless. Waited in all day, their tracking system said it was 20+ miles away continuously. At 20:00 hrs a neighbour knocked on my door to tell me it had been delivered to them at 11:30!! The tracking app still hadn’t changed and they couldn’t even have been bothered to put a note through the door, let alone ring the bloody door bell. Totally useless.
