I signed up for a telehealth appointment, but my provider never showed up. Had to call a few times before anyone answered. Said doctor was unavailable and my not be available in the future. Was offered a refund. Why couldn't they tell me that before. Now I don't know what to do. They were my only option in the area.

I was able to contact Veriheal and quickly resolve some issues I was having in my state due to carrying a Class A CDL license. I had to quickly cancel and reschedule my appointment with the Doctor and got the promptest and most accommodating service from the rep at Veriheal.
