I emailed them about it and within a couple hours they had responded and fixed the issue, so I’m giving five stars for how helpful and apologetic they’ve been since that minor error. Everyone from Veriheal that I’ve spoken to has been super kind and friendly and helpful. I’d definitely suggest them to other people in the future!
