"They sure came quickly"
They sure came quickly! I'm impressed with the service. I haven't hung (or even opened) the lights though, so I can't speak for the quality yet.

"Beautiful quality fixtures, great customer service"
The fixtures arrived promptly and exactly as pictured. They were the high Kichler quality I was expecting, and my electricians installed 2 of them in my kitchen that is being remodeled.
Unfortunately, I thought I would need 2 more for my kitchen island, but my island is not big enought to accomodat the fixtures. I contacted Customer Service about returning the 2 unopened fixtures, and received pre-paid return labels within 24 hours. This is great customer service.
We are going to be doing additional remodeling, and this will be the first place I come to look for my lights!

"Very Nice Looking Fan"
This is a beautiful, modern looking fan; Leeds 52 inch in oil rubbed bronze. I just installed it and it seems like a high quality product though time will tell on it's longevity. It is somewhat difficult to install because of the wiring. Wiring at the wall was as simple as taking out the old switch and wiring the hot from the power panel directly to the black or red wire going to the box on the ceiling. Then the wall remote unit with battery installed goes in the wall in place of the original switch and doesn't touch any wiring in the wall. Wiring on the ceiling is much more complicated because you have to wire in the remote receiver unit which has a black wire to get power to the receiver, 2 white wires which tie to the white from the ceiling and the white from the fan, blue to tie to the blue from the fan, and black to tie to the black from the fan, plus the green ground wire. And the instructions ask you to have the ground and neutral on opposite sides of the receiver from the hot wires to minimize interference with the signal from the wall remote; this is virtually impossible given how the wires come out of the receiver. Then you have to get it all tucked in under the canopy. It took me about 4 hours to get it all up and in place. Kichler does have great service; the first unit had an inoperable light(bad internal wiring) and they very promptly replaced it with a new unit, didn't ask for the old unit back.

"Bought an 85” Kichler fan with a wall…"
Bought an 85” Kichler fan with a wall and remote option . The wall switch is defective and they don’t have a replacement available currently. Back ordered.
The sales person sold me the incorrect remote so it also will not work. When I called to get help they wouldn’t exchange the remote they wanted to sell me a new correct model. It was their sales person that selected the remote that the sent with the fan.
I have a 85” fan that I cannot use sine it’s not possible to operate it without the wall switch which they don’t have or a new remote which I had to agree to order or the fan is not useable .
Very unhappy customer

"Incomplete instructions"
Incomplete instructions. More clarity and better instructions needed on this somewhat complex unit. I could do better on the instructions since I installed it myself. In my opinion there was missing instructions that would have made the install better in time used to get it done!
