I can genuinely say I have had an amazing experience from start to finish with Prestons kitchens (Leeds). Mark was really helpful and informative when it came to designing the kitchen. Paul kept us fully informed at all times with regards to dates and fitting times and Adam and his team went out of their way to make sure the kitchen was fitted beautifully. The entire team at Prestons went out of their way to ensure we were happy and any issues were resolved promptly. The customer service is excellent. We were soo happy we went back and ordered our tv media unit from Prestons too, and that has also turned out beautiful. I have received soo many compliments about my kitchen and the whole experience has been stress free from start to finish. Bought my Kitchen from Preston Kitchens(Leeds)From start to finish the process was perfect. All the staff are friendly and made sure we get the kitchen we want.Matt designed the kitchen and we had a few appointments to get the design we were happy with. No pressure or hard sale. The installation and fitting is perfect. Highly recommend the Team at Prestons and would recommend anyone to get a kitchen from them. Matt was there to answer any questions immediately. I can truly say Matt has designed and got us a kitchen we are delighted with for years to come.

Absolutely brilliant 🤩- we had been to a few other places beforehand and Prestons blew them all out of the water. Great design service and so helpful throughout the entire process - nothing too much trouble and got involved helping make choices but no pressure at all. "First Class"

I would highly recommend Dal and the the Team at Prestons German Kitchens for Less. We had looked at a few other Kitchen companies, but liked the style of kitchen at their Preston store. We initially spoke to Steve, who showed us around but wasn't pushy at all. We came back a few months later and arranged a meeting with Dal to come up with a kitchen design. Dal was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Nolbilia kitchens having worked for Nobilia in the past.
Once Dal had drawn up the initial plans for the kitchen we had a 2nd meeting, in this meeting we ended up redesigning part of the kitchen and throughout Dal was very patient with us.
The fitting started on time, and Jason & John were first class, they arrived on time, always cleaned up after themselves and quickly dealt with any issues.
From start to finish, this was a first class job and I would highly recommend.

"Just amazing"

We went to Preston's in Romiley after a horrendous time with Wren (full kitchen supplied then replaced then removed and refunded). To say we were very deflated is an understatement and Chris was amazing and soon put us at ease, the service has been great and he has always communicated with us, we absolutely love our new kitchen and can not make one complaint about any of the process or after sales. The price was more than we paid previously but this is the next range up so actually is cheaper than Wren if compared to the Milano range, when we walked out of Prestons me and my partner looked at each other and both said the quality is so much better and we loved it but was so sure it would be well out of our price range how wrong were we! I could not believe it and they really did deliver on our dream kitchen. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a new kitchen to go see Chris. Thank you Chris

We bought our German built kitchen through Dal at the Preston branch and cannot complement enough the personal service and professional ability of Dal and his installation team which I believe is second to none. Dal used his experience to suggest improvements upon our offered design, we accepted these and now benefit from a lovely kitchen design. The kitchen units and white goods were delivered on time and in first class order. The whole installation was carried out by the team with the utmost of respect and professionalism. Dal always makes himself available to visit your home at pertinent times to ensure the quality of work is in line with his ambition. Communication and Organisation / planning is first class throughout the process. Truly excellent service from start to finish and good value for money.
