"DISSOPOINTED"
On 2 occasions I filled in the call back option and emailed it to Be Wiser, and twice the detail I provided was ignored. And then an operative attempted to contact me on a different telephone number to the one I had provided. This obviously was not successful. The whole idea of the call back option is to make it easier not only for Be Wiser but for the CUSTOMER too. I then have to call back Be Wiser at a time that was NOT convenient to me. The operative I spoke to did apologise, but apologies do not pay bills. If you wish to re-gain my trust and future business I suggest Be Wiser offer me something more than an apology.

I would suggest some one looks into how the company see its clients.
No clients = less profit = no company.
Customer service is the heart of a copmany and i would suggest this company has a broken heart.
and what is this "I'll put you through" only to be put on hold for up to 10 mins (3 times) only to hear "we are busy" we don't want to hear your problems...

My husband has used Be wiser for his van insurance and so We decided to switch our Car insurance over to them too, it was a very smooth and easy transfer and We were initially pleased with our package, however! fully accepting the policy's terms and conditions, paying in full (bearing in mind We are both over 55 years old), 9 emails later from Be wiser and numerous phone calls asking for proof of no claims bonus,which We had sent immediately, finally We had confirmation 2d Feb to say they had received it, We return from work to another letter saying they have not received the no claims information yet again, and no further cover will be provided!!! Another phone call to Be Wiser obviously concerned We weren't insured, but they have received it, no apologies , what on earth is going on??? If We knew the hassle We have had We certainly would not have changed over to Be Wiser, a bit of customer care goes a long way! Amanda and Philip Head
