I took a lot of bad luck that I found you and you called me early in my research for van insurance. You pressed me on the phone, seen that I do not understand well because English is not my first language and clearly benefit from it. You do not have forsaken me the opportunity to check the market, to think, to translate to better understand. You lied to me to buy insurance for almost double price compared to what subsequently found approximately the same insurance. And now, if I decide to cancel this policy you even will charge me that I had the misfortune to come across you.
I am very unhappy, frustrated and angry!

Thank you for offering a competitive quotation with an all inclusive cover & I am more than happy with your phone & online service, so no complaints.
However, I was most upset having received your letter dated 5th September & followed the cover note.
I was away for a few days & returned home on Saturday morning only to find that I was no longer insured because I had not dealt with your letter by 00:01 on the 12th.
I am informed by your agent that I should not worry because the cover was live.. Not good enough, get things sorted at the time of issue.

Purely out of curiosity tried Be-Wiser,received a call from John Rees. Really helpful, easy to talk to. And even though I thought I was already getting a good existing quote, He managed to up the cover, and added benefits. And still beat my current insurance deal! Thank you John. Will recommend and use again.

Went to buy my first PL cover yesterday, was a great price and as it was the first time buying business insurance as a new start up.
