"I ordered hubcaps for a Tesla Model 3 a…"

I ordered hubcaps for a Tesla Model 3 a month ago. They still haven't arrived. They have a fake U.S. address and phone, and don't tell you when you order that it is coming from China, which is fine if they had just would inform people of that BEFORE they ordered it. Apparently, my item is still in China. When I found out it was coming from China and emailed them, they said it would take about 2 weeks, 3 weeks tops. It's been 4 weeks and they still aren't here. I'll write a review on their appearance and strength if I ever get the product.

Also Ich muss sagen Ihr habt wirklich gute und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Leider funktionierte das TSL6 Modul nicht mit meinem Tesla. Warum nicht das wissen die Götter. Euer Mitarbeiten hat das gut gelöst und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Macht weiter so Jungs. Bravo!!

"Incorrect part but Great customer Service "

I ordered 2024 Tesla model 3 brake calipers along with model Y Red Uberturbine wheel clip covers and model 3 hubcap covers. The rear brake calipers did not fit. Since June 6th I have had correspondence with Joe from Teslaunch who responded to every request and ultimately sent me a replacement rear brake cover. Joe also ensured their website was updated based on my situation. Apparently Tesla has 2 types of designs for rear brake calipers for the New model 3. Teslaunch did more than I expected and have gained my trust. I will order from them again.

Not only are these guys moving some real quality product, and I’ve now purchased a half a dozen things from them, but their customer and service reminds me of the old days with technology they truly will do little things that make a difference most recent example one of my side mirror covers blew off because I improperly installed it and they allowed me to purchase just that one and not the two and shipped it out within two days there’s other examples of outstanding customer service. I encourage you to look closely the next time you need an accessory. Sidenote they also will communicate with you regarding installation. If you’re too lazy to research it yourself couldn’t say enough good stuff about these guys.
