took about a week for delivery but T-shirt is lovely and good material, true to size. Colours in the T-shirt aren’t as bright as the photos but still really good

It’s been 3 weeks with no sign of half my order and literally no contact with anyone. I’ve tried email, live chat, social media and radio silence. I will wait another week and then go through my bank for a refund because it’s ridiculous, I was told the order had tracking but it doesn’t so I’m completely at their whim.

Item never arrived and I did receive an email back but when I said I wanted a refund I did not get any correspondence back to say this had been done. I would avoid ordering from this website.

I’ve ordered from Splashy before and loved my experience! I love the quality of the tops i’ve received as i always have.

However, i feel like the quality of my experience has decreased, it seemed that my tops were thrown into the bag parcel bag whereas before, they were folded into individual bags.

I still love my purchase though,

Bad customer service. (Check ur inbox) ur tracking number is rubbish, information hasn’t changed for days.
Order is taking forever to arrive. If u need it asap better do not order at all.

Sent the wrong order but good communication and i got to keep the wrong original sent and received the correct one in a matter of days.
Any one can make a mistake and they where quick to sort it out.
