I was let down by another online retailer who took my order and then informed me two weeks later they could not get the item.
I researched further and found Clarke's golf onine. I used the chat tool on the website to establish if the item was in stock. They quickly informed it was, and I ordered immediately. The item (a Taylor Made stand bag) arrived two days later by DPD delivery.
Fantastic service from Clarke's golf. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be going back to order more gear for the upcoming season. Thank you and well done all at Clarke's golf!

The club purchased was then with me the next day. I have now used Clarkes twice and both times received a personal service from an online company. That's hard to beat,

I was after a GPS watch and found Clarkes was the best price. Communication was spot on. I opted for their 2-3 days free delivery ordered on 30th Dec, and it arrived before lunch on 31st - how can you beat that? Will definitely use again.

They are on the phone to talk you through any aspects of the buying process, are friendly and professional and offer very competitive pricing. If you find lower prices they will price match and maybe better, I have been super impressed!

I update my previous assessment. A misunderstanding resulted in communication delays. The very kind Mrs. Sue phoned me to apologize and was very kind redeeming the Customer Service. I was able to find the kindness and professionalism of Mrs. Sue who also offered me a discount on my next purchase to apologize and build loyalty to the customer, whom I have no doubt take seriously. Only those who work make mistakes, but when an error is recognized and everything is done to remedy it, it means that Customer satisfaction is taken with great seriousness.

I’ve purchased numerous golfing products from Clarke’s Golf from both the Rainford and Formby branches. The service has always been of the highest quality and the pricing competitive. Clarkes allow you to try clubs, drivers, wedges etc on their driving ranges prior to purchase which is always a good thing. I highly recommended Clarke’s Golf.

"This company is poor"
This company is poor, customer service is the worst I've ever had. Sue the manager is shockingly bad. They entice you in with great deals which probably never exist. Then when you try and speak to them over the phone and ask if the calls are recorded the manager hangs up. Very suspicious.
From your reply Chris more complete lies. When I called in I was very polite as I work on the telephone myself. Chris the ombudsman will want proof of purchase not me. Jesus if you’re head of compliance no wonder Sues the manager.
Your manager sue Actually hung up the phone on me initially when I called back pretended that it got disconnected. When I tried to ask any questions she said there is nothing we can send an email with a very rude attitude which was then mirrored. Which she then provided me with a wrong email address.
It’s not the product Chris as I went and bought better clubs from Golf Bidder a much better retailer. The clubs are irrelevant, if Sue wasn’t Sue rude I would have probably bought the clubs I got from you.
It’s your customer service skills Sue got irate with me when I asked if the calls were recorded and then hung up. She’s rude and supposed to be a manager.
Using excuses as Black Friday as well so unprofessional. Says it all really.

If your reviews are so important to you maybe you should look at retraining the people you let speak to your potential customers. I wonder how many more Sue has lost you. Excuse after excuse pathetic.
