Actually a really dodgy experience, everything seemed ok to begin with, we switched tarrifs for my electricity account, but then the agent told me to lie about my current gas provider to the call centre, which I was obviously not prepared to do. Two of the agents then came back together to my property challenge me about my unwillingless to lie - which I was REALLY unhappy about.
