Unfortunately, the bud snapped off my amaryllis bulb in shipping. When I called customer service, there was no hesitation to replace the damaged bulb. I was informed that shipping would not be over the weekend in an effort to prevent cold damage. Living in the north, I appreciate that policy. I have ordered from DutchGrown for two years and highly recommend your products and value your thoughtfulness. You even provide a real telephone number and a living person for customers in need. You don’t find that very often these days.
