Customer service was fantastic when I checked on the status of my shipping..however, when my package got here, I was less than thrilled. Most of my ranunculus corms were broken. There wasn't any padding in the box so they were just being tossed around.

They need better quality review on their tulip bulbs. Ordered 100 Blue wow tulip bulbs. They were in terrible condition. It’s a lot of work to plant 100 bulbs. They were great on replacing them the following year. However, the same thing the bulbs were sponge, dried out and not the best condition. I threw all 100 out my back door for the deer to eat. I’m not planting 100 crappy bulbs again to have a few sprout that produce a subpar flower. If the crop is bad again, just notify the customer and let them know. Don’t package them up, mail them out, and waste your time and the customers time. It’s better to not sell a crappy product at all - inspect your bulbs. I’m sure you might replace them again but it’s not worth my time and effort for a third try. I’ll take my losses and move on.

UPDATE: Received promised missing bulb today along with an additional bulb I did not order. Thank you for the extra bulb, the orange bulb I received earlier was really soft and squishy and could not be gifted. Customer service really tried to rectify this situation, I can recommend them now.
Ordered four Jumbo Amaryllis for Christmas gifts. Only received three with a note saying the fourth will be delivered at a later date? What date? Emailed DutchGrown through their website and received no response. They have my money and I’m short a Christmas present. Cannot recommend.
