We had our single-glazed bungalow fitted with new windows and new front door. Colin and his team were fast,tidy and efficient. The house looks great,is so much warmer and I would highly recommend SRN to anyone thinking about home improvements.

Really pleased with my new windows... the surveyor and window fitters were excellent Standard of finish was very high and apart from some very minor touching up you could barely tell they'd been there! Office and admin staff very helpful and organised.. Finance options at time of purchase could have been made a bit clearer but overall delighted!!

I am over the moon with SRN, everything from the inital phonecall to the quote to the installation and aftercare was very professional! Everyone was very friendly and I was kept informed at every step. I want to give a special thank you to the installation team who were very efficient and friendly. Everything was done to such a high standard and there was no mess to clean up afterwards! I was also shown how to operate my windows and doors without any bother and I have to say the quality of the materials is incredible! I definitely got a great deal.

Overall I am very satisfied and I will be recommending to everyone! I have already had numerous neighbours comment on the new door as it is beautiful. I will definitely be back in the near future for rendering work to be carried out. Thanks again SRN! It was a pleasure.

"Please Beware"

Please beware - the Managing Director of this company was formerly the Sales and Marketing Director at 'Transforming Your Property' which went into liquidation in June 2018 and still owes a number of customers money, including my elderly mother.

On 19 August 2018, I called SRN Home Improvements to enquire as to where I should send the debt collectors and was advised that no current members of the team were associated, or had worked for, Transforming Your Property.

I was clearly given false information during this phone call and can prove that a number of staff members have connections to both companies.

It should also be noted that SRN Home Improvements reported this review to Trustpilot and tried to have it removed stating "We have reported this review as it is in breech of trust pilot guidelines. The accusations are completely fabricated by a disgruntled customer from another company."

I was able to provide evidence to Trustpilot to support all claims and my review was reinstated.
