I first contacted SRN regarding the Help 2 Buy Scheme and Lindsay the SRN sales manager talked me through how it all worked and demonstrated how the windows are manufactured. He also claimed that we wouldn't know that the team of fitters had been and replaced all my windows as they are true professionals.
Graham and his team of fitters arrived and completed the job within 2 days, with a high standard of finish and no mess what so ever. It's only been a few weeks since we had our new windows installed but more than happy with the job SRN has completed in my property.

From start to finish the service was brilliant, Campbell & Rhys were efficient, polite & cleaned up after finishing. 7 windows & 1 door in & out but had a problem with our 3 bedroom windows that didn't suit our house with the cladding but was rectified very quickly & efficiently. They secured the windows until we got a date to fit the other windows which Phillip came & fitted again he was polite & friendly and cleaned up well after finishing his work. Overall, very happy customer. All in from sales to fitting & refitting the bedroom window 2 weeks. Would recommend SRN

From start to finish, first class service. Four windows were in and out, with Tommy and the boys working all the time, no time wasting at all. Tidied up, cleared away everything ( to recycle) and took time to give tips on how to keep the windows looking like new. Office staff very friendly following up next day.

SRN were fab, reasonable price for doors and Jamie came to fit them and we could absolutely not fault him or his work. The doors aren't fully draft proof which is annoying but they are such a vast improvement to our previous doors. My only fault with SRN was I had to chase them up about when we would have someone come to check the measurements of our door before fitting, we do live on Skye and they aren't in the area as much as other places so I understand but would have been nice to have been kept in the loop a little more but overall would still rate 5 stars as all the staff we have dealt with have been really lovely.
The doors looks so fresh and clean too and really brighten up the inside of our house as well as the outside

Had a really good experience with home improvement was very impressed by there knowledge and prices they have done amazing job of our new windows and door was more affordable than we thought

I would highly recommend this company from the onset. Everyone was extremely polite courteous and professional. They kept me informed all through the process which was actually only just over two weeks from sales visit to installation. A special mention to Aidan and Phil who worked through atrocious weather to get all my windows in in one day and they succeeded I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

"Not a very pleasant experience "

Be prepared for a lengthy sales pitch and then pressured into feeling that you have to make an immediate decision.

Old school sales tactics are heavily used.

It took 3 hours for a quote to be produced and asked to make a decision or loose out on the potential discount.

When the offer was declined the salesperson contacted a member of the management team at 21-15 for one last sales push.

Be aware those that have older members of family that this company will try to gain a deposit to secure window fitting on the day of the quotation. I highly doubt that any formal quote is given at this point.

Now reading other reviews the over inflated windows are in order that they can offer a 30% discount in order to gain a sale on what is still on overpriced quote.

A local firm have given a quote with a 30 day price promise, no pressure to secure the sale.

I expect this review to be removed or a reply stating this is false information.
