The service I received was great from start to finish. The staff were very helpful informing us of the process, as well as being thorough with exactly what we should expect with the product.

The actual work itself was handled well and the finished windows we were received were professional.

We will be definitely returning in the future when we decide to do more improvements

"Avoid This Company!!! Our Disappointing Experience with SRN Home Improvement"

A representative from SRN Home Improvement rang our doorbell and offered a free quote for new windows, mentioning a 30% discount promotion and assuring us it would only take around 40 minutes. We arranged an appointment for that evening. Maciej, the salesperson, arrived and began by asking a lot of personal questions, which initially made him seem friendly. However, it took over two hours before he finally measured the windows.

We had asked for a quote for just three windows—one bathroom window and two bedroom windows, all approximately 980x1200 cm. After a guessing game about the price, he finally quoted £4,550 with a 15% discount applied, which felt high compared to what we had expected. At this point, he started to pressure us, saying the offer was only valid for that day and that we had no time to think it over. The tone of the conversation suddenly became much less friendly, and we began feeling uneasy.

When we questioned the price, explaining we had been told about a 30% discount and had received lower quotes elsewhere, he asked us how much we’d be willing to pay. We said between £2,500-£3,000. He then made a series of phone calls, which felt staged, and finally agreed to £3,000 for the three windows. We requested a monthly payment plan, and he told us a deposit was required—suggesting £500 to lower the monthly amount, though the minimum was £100. We ended up signing the agreement.

After he left, the uncomfortable feeling persisted, and we decided to cancel the agreement, knowing we had a 14-day cancellation period. We cancelled both by email and by mailing in the required form. However, despite these efforts, we received no response and have not had our deposit returned.

I had new windows installed yesterday. The salesman, surveyor and office staff are professional and helpful, great customer service. Tommy and Thomas who installed my windows were fantastic, really friendly and worked their socks off. I am delighted with how my windows look and the transformation they have made to my home.

Had a great experience with SRN.

They fitted 7 windows in my house. The guys who came before the installation to discuss what we wanted were great. Explained the costs and process very well.

The guys who fitted the windows done a great job, the windows look very smart now, they removed all our old wooden sills too and replaced them for us. Our old windows were falling to bits, broken locks etc so they really did need done for winter coming in.

They were no hassle at all and had the job done in two days. Left the place clean and tidy and I have definitely noticed a vast improvement, the house is definitely holding the heat better.


My only complaint would be the finance company, I wanted to pay a good chunk of it off in one go but it was a bit of a convoluted process and my bank didn’t recognise them, it did go through eventually but I was a bit worried thinking I’d paid some random account. That’s not the fault of SRN but perhaps the finance company should allow you to pay within the account you set up after installation.

We had three bedroom windows a front door & a back door replaced by SRN Home Improvements. We were impressed with our neighbours quality work done by SRN which helped us make our decision. Couldn't fault our treatment & the professionalism of everyone we dealt with at SRN. Our team of fitters Tommy, Thomas & Declan were outstanding they did a fantastic job on fitting our windows & doors couldn't fault them. The windows & doors are super top quality & we would most certainly recommend SRN to anyone. We most certainly will use them again...thank you SRN.

Graham and his team arrived on Thursday morning and got to work straight away. They were very professional and courteous, they constantly cleaned up as they went along, leaving no mess lying about.
