New windows are amazing from start to finish the whole house was completed all 9 new windows
No mess whatsoever

Excellent job done at our home from the SRN team, 5 windows each measured to fit then in just over a week the team were down to fit them. Very professional and flexible working around our schedule, the finished article looks amazing and 'Ozzy' and his boys left the place cleaner and tidier than when they arrived, the followup team have been excellent as well with follow on emails and courtesy calls. I would recommend the company to anyone and may use them again in the future. Thanks again to all the team.

I had a great experience with SRN and would have no hesitation in recommending them. From the initial meeting with Mason, very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. Didn't feel he was too "salesy" and when he quoted me the price for 5 windows I had no hesitation in proceeding as I'd already read the glowing reviews and the price was bang on what I'd budgeted for. After the surveyor visit, installation date was provided which I had to change due to a personal issue. Called Sharon and was no issue getting the date changed. Installation was done by Tommy and Daniel who were amazing and turned up early and cracked on leaving no mess and really pleased with them. Can see (and) feel the difference with my new windows already and I'm so glad I went with SRN instead of shopping around as these guys really know their market and provide exceptional service.

This is the second time we have used SRN. The first was such a good experience at our old home we did not hesitate to use them again. Save yourself the hassle of having multiple companies coming and just use SRN. The customer service is 2nd to none. From start to finish they are a class act. A great company from sales, to fitters to the office staff we spoke with.

Tommy and Thomas fitted our windows and did the gutters and fascia boards. Super product, well fitted. They tidied up really well and got on with the job efficiently. From survey to fitting was very quick, and we are now ready for winter. The home is so much warmer. Very Happy. Definitely worth a recommendation to anyone who wants to have new double glazed units.
