WELL WHAT CAN'T I SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THE SERVICE FROM SRN. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. THE LAD WHO CAME TO GIVE US THE QUOTE WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS THAT WE HADN'T THOT ABOUT. THE SURVEYOR WHO WAS THE FOLLOW UP WAS TOTALLY ON POINT LOVELY & FRIENDLY TOO. THEN CAME THE FITTERS FATHER & SON COMBINATION, SUPBERB IN EVERY WAY WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY LEFT THE PLACE IMMACULATE INSIDE & OUT. TOOK ALL THE OLD WINDOWS ETC AWAY TO BE REPURPOSED/RECYCLED. COMMUNICATION PERFECT. JUST CANNOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH TO ALL INVOLVED 100% ON ALL FRONTS.

We recently purchased a 100 year old detached house in need of significant renovation, and used SRN to replace all the external doors and original single glazing with double glazing. Right from initially contacting them they were fantastic - calling me back on a Sunday to get our initial appointment booked in, bringing a window sample with them at the first visit, and being open about what they'd be able to achieve given the limitations and age of the property. Graham and his team of installers were fantastic - prompt and friendly, and caused minimal mess and disruption. When there were issues with a window of the wrong size being sent (inevitable given the number of them being replaced!) this was sorted promptly and they made sure we weren't left with a hole in the wall while we waited for the new one. By far one of the easiest and least stressful transactions we've had during our renovation and I'd have no hesitation using SRN for future work or recommending them to others.

So happy with my new windows. From the start all employees have been honest and a delight to deal with. All fitting times and dates were adhered to and although a small defect was found in one at pre fitting inspection a replacement was on site and fitted within days. Would wholeheartedly vouch for this company and its lovely employees.

I got a quote from SRN back in July 2024 for new windows and doors and a really old cottage that I just purchase. Firstly, I was worried about changing to UPVC. I ordered the windows and doors after having a consultation with the surveyor. Because of building works that we’re getting done SRN were so obliging to working round my needs. My windows and doors have all now been replaced in the house and I cannot be more pleased with the work.. a massive thank you to Jamie and Derek for going over and above and even assisting on fitting my cat flap! The boys were very friendly, polite, and I loved how they kept you informed of when they were gonna be here. They worked quickly and efficiently and I must say my house is feeling and looking amazing since the new windows and doors have been put in.. would definitely recommend SRN for future friends or relatives that are looking to replace windows and doors. I’m even now considering a conservatory and looking forward to get a price next year from them.. thank you so much to everyone for all your hard work and making my home a home!
