The windows are great quality and the installation was quick and effective. The installers, a team of three men, worked in harmony with each knowing what each other had to do. They were pleasant and helpful and advised me on how best to use the windows. I am noticing a big improvement in heat retainment and noise exclusion. I would highly recommend

We had six windows fitted to our home in September and the workers were very respectable of us and polite, they never stopped working not even for a tea break. There was no mess left at all, very tidy workers and helpful as to any questions we had. Well done lads .

Quick and professional installation from the SRN guys. One or two minor issues such as scrapes to upvc frames, which were all sorted within a couple of days. The difference is noticeable with regards noise reduction and heat retention already.

"Ross doesn't mean to be cheeky...he just is"

Kenny was very pleasant when he doorstopped me earlier today and said the company where in the area installing windows in homes that had recently had their rough casting redone to further improve energy efficiency as part of a government funded scheme. I agreed on a visit later today to discuss a free no obligation quote that would be valid for 12 months and Campbell another polite and friendly gentleman showed up to do this. I explained we would be looking to move a year but I understood with my front windows being the age they are that it would be a selling point if they were upgraded to match the rear of the property. Campbell asked if I would be interested in financing this, something Kenny also brought up and I said no as per all previous home improvements on a large scale I pay using finances from my parents that wouldn't be an issue. Campbell then makes a call and asks to me to speak to Ross (his manager) because normally they require an on the spot decision and that he would probably rather I took finance than go through my parents. Ross opens the call with " hi I don't mean to be cheeky but why you asking for a window quote if youre moving" I kindly explained to Ross who clearly isn't the customer service manager that he was coming across as being very cheeky intentionally or otherwise and that I am looking to make home improvements in order to sell the property he continues on about me spending thousands of my parents money (I made a mental note at this point to ask my parents if Ross was my brother because he was behaving like it was his parents money I was using) and that he doesn't want to waste Campbell's time in my house he will send me out a pack (he needn't waste my time or the postman's with that). I am passed back to Campbell who then explains that they do infact need an on the spot decision and that Kenny would book an appointment to an empty house if he thought it would get him more bookings....this is when I ended the visit.
