Unfortunately every step of my customer experience was disappointing. Incorrect hair was received after having to chase for order updates and after explaining that it was urgent and important it must be received by a certain date in time for fitting appointment. Was assured before ordering that the order would definitely be received in time.
Was then notified 2 days after placing the order that the hair length ordered was not in stock despite receiving order confirm via email. Agreed a suitable length replacement would be sent and would arrive on time but when it finally arrived 4 days later the wrong hair colour was sent. When I called to explain the item was wrong was told by staff on the phone that the colour was the same as I had ordered, despite having a different name and clearly visible that they were completely different hair colours. (Have been having same colour hair for 6 years so know the difference). If I had known the item I needed was out of stock I wouldn’t have placed the order in the first place - False advertising. I then had to pay out of my own pocket to cover return costs (& more than the original delivery cost) for safe return delivery of the incorrect item in order to receive a quick refund so I could re-order the correct item direct from the supplier myself. Once the item was received back it was acknowledged it was incorrect and the refund was processed immediately - that was the only part of the customer service that was handled well.

I highly recommend purchasing your hair from Angel Hair Extensions. The quality is really good. My hair lasts over a year which is longer than expected. I'm also a regular client at Halo Salons where I have my six weekly maintenance and a hair trim. The team of ladies are so friendly and welcoming, I can't fault the service. I even get my nails done there and the gels last 4 weeks which is unheard of for me, particularly as I'm heavy-handed.

I bought the lace closures from this place back in October last year, delivery was quick the hair quality is brilliant! I didn’t want to give my review on these as soon as I got them because it wouldn’t have been a true to what it is! The hair is Really thick, if you’re unsure on the thickness it’s about the same weight as a 1x tub of tape extension which would do at least have your head! Amazing quality of the hair about to purchase my second lot!

Only downfall is I wish the hair was longer and the lace closure was slightly bigger! Other than that it’s brilliant!
