Yes I complained about my order as it was under “micro loop “ section HOWEVER I cannot complain about the quality of the hair it was superb without a shadow of a doubt the best quality of hair I have ever worked with in about 20 years . I have used hundreds of different brands all promising great quality but this truly was 10/10 and despite the misunderstanding I would buy it again. Although I had dispute with them I cannot praise the quality of their product enough . I will be re doing/tighten the extensions on Sunday and still after 3 months they look amazing my daughter is over the moon with them

Unfortunately, this purchase has caused some irritation to my scalp causing severe hair loss. This particular pack soon turned into like horse hair texture and an irritation.
