I have been on 2.5 for 2 weeks now and the food noise is continuous. I have lost 1/2lb so l think l need to increase to 5mgs
But concerned about side effects.

I had problems at the beginning but now this has been turned around. I ordered my step up Mounjaro but then realised I ordered Wegovy by mistake. The lady who took my call was so helpful and rectified it immediately. Overall I'm now very happy as this pharmacy is by far the best value compared to the others.

I left a review last month and gave them the benefit of the doubt re antiquated technology/ phone systems .

They have not even attempted to implement the suggested solutions to optimise their performance and their customer service is non existent.

2 x emails ignored

21 minutes on hold being no 3 in the cue which is basically an indicator of zero customer service staff

Basic customer service would be press 1 to receive a ring back. Basic basic basic stuff
