"I returned a faulty vacuum"
I returned a faulty vacuum, they received the return on the 6th February, I messaged them on the 17th asking when I'll receive a refund, I recived a brief message back saying they'd issued it on the 17th, I messaged back asking how long it would take approximately and I recived another brief answer saying check with my Bank.
I'll give it five days and see what happens.
If it doesn't show up I'll ask my bank to put in for a refund and contact trading standards.

L'aspirateur vac&steam fonctionne bien cependant il est très dommage que pour un appareil de ce prix on n'aie qu'une notice type dessins" ikea" sans explication écrite; ou un film succin sur "Youtube"; je suis déçue car il faudra du temps pour tout découvrir de l'optimisation du fonctionnement de cet aspirateur...... si c'est possible!

Been through two carpet cleaners now with bissell. Both purchased direct. Both broke after around 6 months use. Contacted them directly. Hadnt even bothered respond.

"Spotclean pro"
The spotclean pro works well and removes a lot of grime although the hose is a bit short. This makes it awkward to use on furniture. However the biggest issue is the noise it makes. Absolutely deafening. Ear defenders should be worn. In addition the motor exhaust vent ejects the hot air downwards so risk of carpet/fabric burn. Avoid.

The BISSELL MultiReach comes with a two-year manufacturer warranty. Based on your purchase date of April 2022, the warranty expired in April 2024. The product was not recalled, as the battery issue is not a known problem; it is simply related to the frequency of use.

Absolute shocking consumer care service my product is under 6 years warrenty and has stopped working called consumer care went through troubleshooting over the phone still not working then got told to wait 3-5 working days for a call for a home repair visit it’s now been 7 working days NOTHING I’ve called 3 times to just be told oh we will send an email through and if I don’t get a call back I have to send the product off to then wait a further 10 working days for it to be repaired verry slow at communication never buying from bissell again!!
