Customer Support did finally responded on WhatsApp. Got a new code/key and it worked.
Recommend using WhatsApp over emails when contacting support.

Bad code

I received code right away, but I got an error message "token not found".

We tried a few different ways to install it with same error.

I message support twice and still have not received a response.
