No area of the clean was done to a good standard, not even a minimal standard, in fact there was chalk like residue left on every surface so everything had to be recleaned before my little one could be let loose in the house as did not know what said residue was. The skirting boards were not touched even though that was a specific area I mentioned needed doing. We got the carpets cleaned, however they did not look any better and were still soapy and wet where they werent done properly and now there is a build up of grime where they were not cleaned properly. In fact, it was far worse than when they started. I like to keep a very clean tidy house. They charged me £470 for the clean. They did gove half back after compliant but I would not even have paid this had I known the standard it would be competed to.

Not reliable! This company gone downhill. Just cancelled my cleaning appointment with Leandro last minute and are ignoring me now. Always trying to up the usual cleaning fees despite me always tipping a minimum of £10 after every clean but they don’t seem to appreciate this and our loyalty. Last time Leandro didn’t turn up to our cleaning appointment and when I contacted them they said my appointment was booked for next week which was just an excuse. I made my appointment in writing and the date was confirmed. They just last minute ignore actual appointments for bigger jobs without letting the people know or they just send me a text message with an excuse. I am just so disappointed with their behaviour. Good Service and good customers are not important only money is important.

Edit: This company is lying! I have spent different amounts like £210 and always paid huge tips. I have never booked Leandro for normal cleans it was always for deep cleans. I have all the evidence. They now know they have made mistakes and are trying to put the blame on me. Apparently I kept insisting not true. I only kept insisting that they only sent Leandro for deep cleans because their first cleaner scratched and damaged everything. Not nice how you suddenly change faces and treat loyal customers bad and lie.
You have sent me an apology text message yesterday but telling me something different in public. Very disappointed.

CMH are really easy to communicate with, and give speedy responses for bookings even outside of office hours. Quoted a really reasonable price for an end of tenancy clean, which was a good bit cheaper than all other companies online and got me booked in and confirmed in just a couple of steps.

The clean itself was to a very high standard and hassle free, the cleaner even locked up after herself so that I could continue my work from a nearby cafe. I know that my landlord will be very happy with the job and I can confidently recommend CMH Cleaning, and will use them again in the future!

Not worth paying £170 for a move in clean. We’re so disappointed as we have to redo most of it. At first glance, it looks like it was cleaned, but when we checked everything for example fridge’s drawers and corners were still filthy, bathroom’s corner not cleaned, oven remains to have marks and oily.

Update: CMH reached out immediately after I have posted this review and offer to resolve issue by sending a cleaner back or provide a partial refund of £40 as a gesture of goodwill.
