Ordered 3 bay plants - came within a couple of days and unlike other online garden centres the items matched the pictures and were a decent size and healthy.

Nice citrus tree, healthy and attractive, but let down by packaging. Just put in a box with no other protection, so three large fruit had broken in transit and a branch. It will recover but a shame nevertheless. Also I paid extra for gift wrap but it arrived with nothing, which was a shame as was my husband’s birthday present. I emailed to advise of this, but no response from them by the third working day.

This purchase was all fine. However, your website comes up via the RHS when searching for bougainvillea, so, after phoning to confirm, I purchased a voucher for £25 as a Christmas present. When it was getting nearer the right time of year, I phoned several times to check availability and didn't get a very friendly or helpful reaction. So I bought lavender instead!
