"Some issues"

The plant was dispatched quickly but the courier didn’t deliver it, as arranged….I had received an email to say that it was out for delivery but later received another email to say that the delivery had been delayed and it eventually arrived about 24 hours later than expected. Due to the plant banging around in the courier’s van, the plant eventually arrived in a slightly sorry state: Quite a bit of soil had come out of the pot and some roots had snapped. The other issue was that the plant received was slightly smaller than stated on the website. I was offered a small discount in respect of the plant being smaller though I’d rather have received the original size ordered.

I was so excited when I ordered a pineapple guava shrub, it arrived in great condition, well packed and looking very healthy! Delivery was quick and all very reasonably priced. I'll definitely buy from here again.

totally amazed by the quality of customer care provided by this company .
called about a plant on their site and they even offered to send pictures of various specimen for me to pick one .
AND their prices are incredibly fair (was after a pieris and they were half the price of everywhere else) .
So all the convenience of a modern company (internet/ free delivery) but with the attention to detail of an old school, family run business (available to advise on the phone as well) .
