We have been nothing but impressed with Rigid from start to finish. Dave designed exactly what we wanted and helped us with what we weren't sure about. We went through the whole process without any stress at all. We are so happy with our beautiful kitchen. Thanks a million Rigid.

John in the showroom was excellent, he helped us work out a layout that made the best use of the space and helped us make choices that resulted in a fantastic, high quality kitchen that was well within our budget. The end result looks absolutely fantastic, especially due to the attention to detail and professionalism of Chris who fitted the kitchen so wonderfully. Absolutely delighted with the end result. Highly recommend.

"Fantastic!!!"

We have a small kitchen which is big enough for two of us so we didn’t want to extend it but it needed an overhaul & we wanted to make better use of the space available. We tried a couple of the well known kitchen companies but didn’t feel they were helping us to get wanted (but were really keen to ask for a deposit!) so we almost gave up. Seeing one of Rigid’s vans in the local area was fate! From the moment we walked into their showroom to the day they left our home, they were brilliant! They made suggestions about the best layout and materials, arranged the plasterers, electricians, floor tiler and worktop fitters (who were all professional, accommodating & finished work to a high standard), and left us with a fantastic kitchen which we love. Their fitter, Spencer, was an absolute star! He made sure we were happy & kept us informed about what was happening and when.

I honestly could not recommend Rigid Kitchens highly enough. They’ve given us a high quality kitchen at a good price. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Having a new kitchen can be an experience likely to have many "potholes" on the road to a satisfactory experience.
Our experience with Shenstone Rigid Kitchens was first class.
Our planner was Dave who knew his job inside out and was very much into the detail of things.
We don't know if all the fitters are as good as ours, Kevin, was but his work was really top class.
Are we happy? Yes. Would we recommend Shenstone Rigid Kitchens? Yes.

We are delighted with the quality of the materials and the fitters who completed the work. The whole kitchen is a delight to work in. The drawer system is excellent, gliding smoothly and providing plenty of space. The sales team were very helpful in designing the kitchen layout and the price was competitive.

Absolutely love my new kitchen! From the warm welcome in the shop to the helpful advice, earlier than expected fitting (due to someone else running late) and swift responses to queries. All told it was ecellent value for money. Could not have gone better...so much so I also had my flooring from them. I would highly recommend Rigid Kitchens to anyone.Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish.Lots of options and designs for our kitchen were given and explained to us and we were left to make our decisions with no hassle.Any questions or concerns were dealt with quickly.Once we had decided on the kitchen layout and type of kitchen the fitter expertly fitted everything to perfection.He went above and beyond to fit the kitchen, even when we changed our minds last minute on a particular part of the kitchen he made sure it still fitted perfectly.Many thanks.

We looked around and in our opinion we definitely chose the best. From planning with Darren to delivery and fitting with Spence and his team it was exceptionally well organised and efficient. Without exception everyone who entered our home to plan, prepare and install was pleasant, courteous and helpful with their advice but always prepared to listen. The products are excellent, we are really pleased with the kitchen which is a joy to work in.

"New Kitchen and Utility Installation"

The Rigid Kitchen Company had been recommended to us by a couple of golfing friends, so we duly went to look round the Showroom and we made an appointment with Darren, who from the start made us feel at ease.
He did not pressurise us but gave us constructive comments and advice through every element of the design.
When Spencer our fitter arrived to start the job it was obvious that he was a professional in his field. He kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and his attention to detail was superb.
We received the same excellent service from Richard (plasterer) and Nathan (electrician). They all worked together for the end result, that being a kitchen/utility room which looks amazing.
They were all extremely hardworking and polite and a joy to have in the house.
Our thanks to you all for everything.
We will have no hesitation in recommending Rigid to anyone in the future.
