I recently placed an order with this company and immediately called them to request expedited shipping, as I urgently needed the product. The representative assured me that next-day delivery was possible for an additional fee, so I went ahead and made the payment, expecting my item to arrive promptly.

However, my order didn’t arrive as anticipated, and I had to wait until Monday to contact them for assistance. When I explained the situation and expressed my disappointment about not receiving my parcel on Saturday, the representative I spoke to was unhelpful. He insisted that I was not misled and claimed they had indeed shipped on time.

I tried to explain that there seemed to be an internal issue, but he refused to take any responsibility. I then requested his name, but he declined to provide it. When I asked to speak to a manager, they also dismissed my concerns, stating that they were not obligated to assist further since I had paid for the next-day service. All I wanted was for someone to acknowledge the mistake and take responsibility.
