Cancelled my full order instead of just emailing me to say you can’t have X when taking X. No warning on the site that states this nd there is no warning message about you being issued them again by X date.
They could have just taken out the ONE item that I couldn’t get instead of canceling my WHOLE order. I had to message them nd ask what the issue was cos they don’t tell you anything except you’ve been refunded.
Definitely WONT be using them again.
