I submitted an order but have yet to receive an order confirmation email. Following contact with their support team, I was informed that no such order exists. This situation is highly perplexing. The customer service I received was exceptionally poor, with excessively long response times.

Rokid ist anscheinend gar nicht gewillt, seine Produkte an die normale Kundschaft zu verkaufen. Anscheinend verkaufen oder verschenken die nur an Influencer. Ich hatte in den Black Weeks und Black Fridays bei drei verschiedenen Händlern das Rokid AR Joy Pack bestellt, eine Bestätigung bekommen dass das Produkt vorrätig ist und zum angegebenen Lieferzeitpunkt wurde die Bestellung plötzlich auf fadenscheinigen Gründen storniert! Der „Service Agent“ geht überhaupt nicht auf meine Fragen ein und erzählt Mist, was das Repertoire hergibt! Rokid hat wohl den Mund zu voll genommen und leere Versprechungen gegenüber seinen Unterstützern gemacht! Man sollte Rokid definitiv meiden!

I can’t give zero stars but I can tell you that ROKID are crooks and scammers. They have promised a full refund prior to purchase and for 3 months now they have given me the run around with lies, misinformation and excuses. They refuse to refund my money and claim that Kickstarter should do it. Well Kickstarter is not responsible for refunds, Rokid is. DO NOT SUPPORT ROKID. They have failed to ship Rokid Max AR lite in a timely manor and have zero communication skills.

"Leider die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt."
Ich habe die Rokid mit dem HDMI Adapter gekauft. Sie funktioniert, aber das Bild ist leider nicht wie erwartet. Farben passen nicht, Das Bild ist doch recht pixelig und die Ränder im Bild sind unscharf. Ich würde heute doch mehr Geld ausgeben und etwas wertigeres kaufen. Wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat kann man die Brille kaufen. Ein Wow-Erlebniss wird man damit nicht haben.

"Rokid AR Lite: Lite on communication "
Since Rokid was a company that had produced AR glasses in the past, I gave them a chance. Shipping was to be in September. But they vanished for 10 days at the end of September into October. Then they announced they were collecting shipping fees without any indication of when it would ship. They promised a full refund prior to shipping, but when multiple people asked for a refund they suddenly were unable to do so. Excuses like international transfers take a very long time. It really should take only 1-5 days. After more than a month they still had no idea when they would refund. I called American Express and they told me Rokid was lying about how long it takes to refund. They said Rokid was waiting until 90 went by so you couldn’t dispute the charge. Well Amex is investigating and I will be getting my money back one way or another, but will never buy from Rokid in the future and neither should you.

As expected Rokid provided a 5 star experience. Starting with excellent customer services provided by their staff which lead to choosing the correct product and great advice to a a speedy delivery. The staff at Rokid are true ambassadors for their company. 5 star experience
