Always great customer service and I love the "make an offer" feature! I have made several online purchases from Grayson Living over the last couple of years and they never disappoint. The White Glove delivery is well worth it, especially if the item is heavy and/or requires considerable assembly - and it's wonderful not to have all that packaging to dispose of!

"Hopefully I’m the Exception "
Where to start. We placed the order on August 24th and finally received it on September 26th. The headboard arrived damaged and was refused. After calling Grayson Living was told that the issue would be resolved in 3-5 days. 7 days later I called Grayson Living and they let me know that an authorization had been approved to replace the headboard (keep in mind this was 3 days AFTER they originally told me it would be resolved. I then received an email that the headboard only was being shipped. After emailing and calling Grayson living and confirming that all pieces would be delivered, I took off of work to receive the delivery on Wednesday, October 30th. The delivery company pulls up and to my amazement they only have the headboard. Called Grayson Living again and explained we only received the headboard. I was told that within 24 hours I would receive a call to resolve the issue and that has not happened as of yet. To say I am aggravated would be a slight understatement. I’ve learned my lesson and from now on will purchase my furniture from a local company. Or Wayfair. Someone a little more reliable.

Never received product. Sure did get billed. No one could tell me when product would ship . Obviously it never shipped. Was not received. I waited over 3 weeks to get a shipping date. Then cancelled charge. 4 calls and never anyone with a shipping date.

Representative Ben when calling in about my order he assisted from the beginning to the end. He was kind and understanding of my situation. He went out if his way to make sure he did all he could to help me. Also the upper management who made an exception for me regarding my white glove delivery. I am very appreciative of their great customer service.

Great customer service! The customer service rep answered all my questions and responded as promised with an email immediately. I live in Florida and I found the item I wanted on several websites online but I called Grayson Living to see if they had the item because I received great customer service from them four years ago. I will definitely recommend them!
