Visited the store in Dudley today and experienced disgusting customer service, rude salesmanship, items overpriced with a markup of over 50%! On challenging the sales person re. Price of the light he got very angry and asked us to leave! Appalling, do not buy from here unless you want to get ripped off and experience some very poor customer service!
Not really sure why they are open to be honest as government guidelines stated all non essential shops to re-open from the 15th June 2020! They should be reported actually!
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!
Definitely won’t be recommending this company to anybody!

"Paid but not received the parcel"
Slow and even no reply, paid and never received the parcel, I do strongly not recommend this company.
Firstly I thought buying lamps from UK online will be more secured than from the other places, especially knowing from comments that the store is so reliable and trustworthy, but apparently this time is my most disappointing shopping experience in my life. I paid but never received the parcel, I sent emailssssssssss but never got replied except for one and only confirmation letter with invoice, it is doubtful that if the store truly exists. I don’t know what to do next except for asking help from the police.

##Shocking customer service
Supposed to get the order in 5 working days but didn't even get it for 4 weeks. Impossible to get through and they do not respond to emails wither. finally after number of phone calls and chasing, got it delieved after 4 weeks.
##Refund is next to impossible
As we didn't want those lights anymore (because order was delayed for 4 weeks so I bought another lights from high street) so requested a refund and as suggested by store manager sent the lights back. They confirmed that they have received the lights but now stopped picking up my phones (They save your phone number). Its been 3 weeks now and still waiting for the refund.
My Mrs tried and got hold of them but the staff was really rude, unprofessional and straightforwardly denied to pay back the money. Now going legal and disputing the payment through bank.
These people are CON so beware!!!

"Buyer beware! Avoid this company like the plague."
So first off its worth me mentioning that I placed an order for almost £1000 with this company. The order contained a crystal hall light for £900 and some bulbs for £50. When my package arrived I realised that the bulbs were the wrong type. So I went to the return section on the website which instructed me to email their sales email address. I did this and a week later had no reply. So I tried calling. I waited in queue for 20 mins so gave up and tried again a few hours later. The same thing happened. So I wrote another email asking for the them to provide me with the address so that I could return the bulbs for a refund. NOTHING. No acknowledgement nothing. I wrote to them again warning that I would have to contact my bank to request a chargeback. Still nothing. Appalling customer service and such a waste of my time. Avoid this company at all costs.

Having a budget and a list of items in mind we went to the showroom where my wife and myself were allowed ample time to choose the lighting we were after.
The staff were very friendly ( not over powering ) and efficient and catered
to our needs.
The products are of a high standard and were very happy with our experience with Majestic Lighting.

I ordered from lighting majestic a beautiful 3 tiered pendant light, unfortunately when it arrived , one of the shades were cracked, I contacted customer services by email, they responded straight away and sent me out a replacement shade.
Would not hesitate to use this company again .

Good product range and fantastic service.
I telephoned to ask some questions on the product I was considering, the service was better than great.
They even took 15 minutes and to review there range for options and called me back to discuss.
I will definitely be buying from here again.

I've ordered quite a few items from Lighting Majestic over the years and never had a problem. Items were always delivered on the date stated, well packaged and as described on the website. I had one query with my most recent order but the customer service team were incredibly quick to respond and very friendly.
