Site is a SCAM & FRAUD. Do not shop on this website because they will steal your money. Will silently deduct 198 Krone from your account per month...Crazy. Should be illegal. Refuse to refund & cannot be reached on customer service.

This company is not honest and I call them thieves. Like everyone else I was tricked into a subscription when I bought a product. When I realised this I contacted the company immediately who cancelled the subscription. This was 2021. I only realised 3 months ago that they have continuously taken 298 SEK/month and they have on total taken over 6000kr from my card.
I contacted them again this year (2 months ago) and they replied they have made a mistake. They “cancelled” the subscription again but they money are still taken from mg accnt. They said they would return the money but nothing is happening. I have written several emails to them but they are ignoring this. They replied at some point asking me to give them my account details so they could make a repayment. I did that but I never received any money. I have reminded them several times and I am being ignored. I hate that these scammers do this to people. I am now filing police reports and taking legal action. Disgusting company who are real scammers and thieves!

Jeg har sendt dem to mails om reklamation på en vare, der ankom med skrammer, men intet har jeg hørt fra dem!! Den første er over en måned siden!
