The identical deal I was quoted through Travelzoo was £300 cheaper than your agent quoted. when I queried this via email, your agent confirmed that they could get close to the travel zoo deal (within £50) and they sent a new quote. When I checked the quote, they had changed the room upgrade to a lesser room - very dishonest. I will not use you again.
