"This is the worst company ever"

This is the worst company ever. Don’t supply a service. They will actually say they have picked up when they don’t. You can’t get through to customer service. Don’t reply to letters of complaints. This company needs shutting down. They are robbing people

Please do not use this company. I requested the removal of some heavy waste. The Company were given details of this waste. They sent one person to remove the waste, who promptly told us it was too heavy for him, so he left. I have now been billed £500 for a "failed attendance" !!!!

"AVOID ANY CONTACT AT ALL COST"

Avoid any contact at all cost, I am a Landlord and one of my Tenants moved on leaving behind a 'Sharps' Bin and it has taken over 9 months of false promises to get it collected and it has still not been collected and is right next to a Food outlet. They promised on at least 3 occasions to collect it with dates given, they promised to phone back within 24 hours and did not after 4 days, the bin is still there. The Service person I had dealt with was extremely rude and tried to tell me that if I moved it I would be breaking the law! NEVER EVER deal with them!

They give me a contract with a mathematical error - with me ending up paying almost 200 pounds extra but despite several attempts not acknowledging the error.

AVIOD Completely hopeless, customer service is appalling, they out right lie and fail to deliver the contracted services. These are difficult times but all the more reason not to leave clinical waste piling up uncollected. All you get from there customer support is a pack of lies. This has been going on for 10 months and still the same pathetic excuses, if you cant sort your act out in that length of time you are a shamefully useless company.

Absolute rip off charging stupid high prices for a monthly membership which is apparently for bin bags other company’s supply these for free they are charging me £65 a month for stuck in a contract now and it’s apparently going to cost me £1193 to terminate. Steer clear from this company

I received a service charge letter from SRCL (Stericycle) for a "no waste - visit charge" dated 03.04.20. As we are all painfully aware, the country has been on lockdown since 23.03.20.

Just got off the phone to them (very rude man on the end of the phone) basically told me that I should have informed them that the business was closed. Surely it's common sense that we are not essential therefore, not open. Just wondering if anybody else has dealt with this situation as it was apparently our responsibility to notify them of closure.

In regards to the employee on the other end of the phone I didn't get his name but he would not let me talk, kept speaking over me and not listening to me and hung up on me.

Beware !!!!!!!!!
We have been with this company for just over a year for our sanitary bin contract.
The initial setup of contract which i have in writing was that we would only be charged for bins that required emptying. This has been ignored on numerous occasions and we have been overcharged.
BUT WAIT FOR THIS !!!
Our contract auto renewed on the 1st November 2019. Then on the 7th November we received an email telling us that our prices would be increasing. How much increase ? A 100% increase per bin ??????? I obviously have been in touch with stericycle and they have informed me that we are under contract until November 2020 and cannot break contract. They have since come back with a revised offer of 10% increase but will tie us in to contract for 3 years.
Oh Dear, without doubt the worst company i have ever dealt with. Please beware of this company.
