I saw many types on the internet, but the descriptions were so vague that I could not be sure that what was offered was correct for my greenhouse. We decided to refurbish our 25 year old aluminium greenhouse, taking out all the glass, cleaning it and putting new seal strips onto which the glass sits. Called Greenhouse Warehouse to check I had the right product, extremely helpful, ordered on phone. Greenhouse now looks like new! Thank you.

Bought a clay chiminea, cured it and used it EXACTLY as instructed on both an email sent from greenhouse warehouse and on the enclosed instructions. On the first use the lid cracked completely in half!!! Obviously I was not happy and called the company the next day to ask for a refund. The man on the phone was extremely rude, patronising and obnoxious. I was told that I had obviously used it wrong and not followed instructions and therefore it was my fault! I wished to receive a refund for the obviously faulty item. I was told where to go. Asked for a replacement to be sent out. Told where to go again! Then asked to speak with the owner as I found this mans attitude, and general manner very offensive, patronising and aggressive. He then told me I was already speaking to the owner!!! In the end I managed to get a replacement lid sent out. (would like to know what they plan on doing with the bottom half!) I am still not satisfied with the outcome, but the owner couldn't care less. I have even sent an email with photos of the damage. Unsurprisingly I have had no response. Needless to say I will never use this company again, they should be ashamed of themselves and I would advise everyone to avoid this business at all costs!
