I completely renovated an old aluminium 6x8 greenhouse with u-rubber, w-clips, z-clips some polycarbonate panes and a thermostatic roof vent opener. Website was easy to use and goods arrived within a few days.

I found the web site easy to follow, the ordering procedure straightforward, the delivery spot-on, the packaging approrpriate and the quality all that had been promised. The only difficulty I experienced was in trying to cut the polycarbonate in a tight radius curve. After breaking fret saw blades and a drill bit I eventually achieved a reasonable and accurate finish with files of various shapes and a lot of elbow grease. It certainly is tough stuff and fills a great need. Well done.

I ended up ordering by phone because I was ordering for my dad who is housebound and has no internet, so delivery address was different from my address. The lady who took the order was very efficient and pleasant. The order arrived 2 days later,

"Not Too Impressed with Service"

Ordered 2 small greenhouse rainwater plugs.
Told I would get an email tracking my package.
After 1 week, rang up and was told merchandise sent but wouldn't be getting an email.
After another week and nothing, rang up to find out what was happening.
Told merchandise had not be sent, order overlooked, apologised and said would be
sent that day.
3 days later it arrived.
Not overly impressed with the service !!

Before we placed the order, I called into the office for some advice. The man who answered was helpful and answered all my queries whilst giving me some of his own advice. When we were unsure of a part, again the office was helpful and this enabled us to build the greenhouse very efficiently.
