"Quality product let down by little stuff"

Bought 14 X 8 Blenhim Extra Strong in green. Every piece had to be assembled which wasn't really a problem after I'd downloaded and printed the instructions which were missing from the package. The extension instructions were there but not the main 40 page book. Not a great start. Assembly wasn't too difficult but did take around 15 man-hours, though I could do another much more quickly with the experience gained. It seems pointless having different length bolts to fiddle with...standardise them ! Using the silicone provided was impossible, it was solid as a rock. Two makes of glazing bars were included and there flexibility was very different, one type gives very sore thumbs.
Still it's up now , certainly is strong and looks a quality product.
